Every story can carry a TAP Perspective: the missing context, overlooked number, historical link or second angle that makes the story worth looking at twice.
TAP is intentionally faceless at launch. TAP Desk is the publication's organizational byline. We do not invent reporter identities to make the publication look larger than it is.
